nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux. Nous restions qu'une nuit mais un hĂŽtel trĂšs propre chambre et literie confortables. Pdj copieux. Proche de tout. A recommander
Do NOT stay here unless you want to share a room with flying bugs I complained to the cleaning crew and to the lady at the desk who made it sound like it was no big deal. I was going to ask for a different room but then noticed the same flying bugs were in the breakfast room/common area - so what's the point. I consistently killed MANY flying bugs in my room which is completely unacceptable regardless of what kind of bugs they are! In addition, the floors in my room were dirty, the sheets were never changed during the 5 d/4 n I stayed, bed was never made, bathroom wasn't cleaned although towels were replaced. Overall, the hotel is in severe need of updating. The mattress seemed ancient - springs were loud when you sat on it. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were old/way too soft/collapsable. Shower fixtures were loose & it was difficult to get all the water to come out of the shower head, so the water pressure wasn't very good. The ONE good thing I can say is that thankfully the AC in my room worked, but I will never stay at this hotel again.
I stayed here with my mother the night before I had a major surgery at Barnes St. Peterâs Hospital. The room was musty almost like cat pee smell, the bathroom door wouldnât shut and if you pushed it to shut it wouldnât open back up, and finally faulty fire alarms throughout the night and early AM. There was no guidance on if there was a real fire, alarms would get shut off then start back up again so much for a relaxing evening before surgery!
I was there for two nights, the day after the first night my bed wasn't made, there was no clock in the room and my tv remote would only turn the TV on and off
As soon as we got to our room and opened the door, the smell of mildew immediately hit us. The carpet had a huge wet spot that we had to lay multiple towels on top of. We asked for another room and the manager took me to a room to look at. When he opened the door it smelled of cigarettes. I asked him if this was a smoking room and he said no. I said thereâs no way that this room is smoke free and corrected himself and said well, the person who stayed here for 3 months previously smoked in the room. So it was not a smoke free room and he lied. Because of this we decided to stay in the other room. The doors were scratched up, paint was scuffed, there were mold and rust spots in the caulk in the shower, AND we found a sock underneath the ottoman that did not belong to us. Honestly it was an awful experience and I would highly caution anyone who is looking to book here, to book ELSEWHERE.
The hotel was very loud being next to the highway. In addition, my room was right by the ice maker which made loud noises all night long. I could hear everytime someone walked by. I asked for towels and it took 2 hours for them to be delivered to my room. I also could not pull the window shade tight so the light was streaming all night. I barely slept for 4 days. Breakfast was good and people in the indoor pool seemed to be enjoying it. However, I would not go back to this hotel.
We stayed 2 nights , after the 2nd night I noticed multiple bed bug bites and reported it to front desk. The manager said he would issue me a credit that I nevet received. Called back and manger called me once again stating he issued me a crdfit which zi never got ! And said he checked the room and didnt find anything. But I showed the desk clerk my arm and took a photo
