Very convenient walk to Uber Arena for 3 days Laver Cup. Yogurt in concession area appreciated...arena food options horrific. River view room was nice, shower & bedding wonderful, nice large room. Heated bathroom floor appreciated. 3 rooms down blasting sub woofer heavy music 2xs, and reception shut them down each time. Lunch on river so very lovely & delicious Mr & Mrs sandwiches. Loved it!

It was lively and so colourful and different. The room was cozy and unique Location was incredibly beautiful and calm It was close to places we wanted to visit: almost 10 -15 min by car Plus, there were beautiful area to visit and walk around the hotel Staffs were friendly overall. The hotel is wonderfully located but in a quiet area. The problem for me was the service from the moment I walked in I felt unwelcomed. Noone walked me through things and my room had many issues including an A/c that didn't work, lights that wouldn't turn off and then I lost all power in the room. And it was hard to get any service for this. Just a bad experience.
