Strongly recommend! Excellent location, fresh and friendly. Chill and great “Space” at the 5th floor to eat, read or hang out. Expensive laundry 😪 and a too hard mattress. Loud curtains. Also, the lamp switch was located by the pillow I would turn it on multiple times per night. That’s my only complaints!

A really nice hostel with good service. Coffee machine and a small breakfast included. They could store my luggage after checking out and I were also available to take a shower before leaving for the airport in the evening. Filtered, cold water in the kitchenette.

Overall, Kinn Habitat was good for a short stay in Singapore. It gets the job done and is a safe stay with convenient location, but I wanted to highlight where they can improve. The biggest downside to staying here, was the wet, humid smell inside of the rooms. They don't really have anywhere ideal to hang up your towel that it can dry properly so the rooms get that humid smell and feel. Please invest in dehumidifiers in the rooms. The next thing that was an inconvenience was the restrooms were uncomfortably hot as they leave the windows open to air them out, and they don't have any shelving to place your clean clothes/towel on. The restrooms were overall clean, but these simple upgrades would make a big difference. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and responsive, the lobby has a great coffee shop available, and the common area on the 5th flr was very nice with snacks and tea in the morning. 4/5 stars, thank you for an overall good stay in Singapore.

Easy check in, offered luggage storage so we could explore the city before check-in, and stored luggage again until we could head to cruise port. Offer coffee and tea in the room and morning coffee & pastries. Excellent location as it’s located in Chinatown and very close to Maxwell Hawker Center. Staff were efficient, polite, and very helpful with tips to get around town. HIGHLY recommended especially for college youth

I absolutely loved this place - we had a double room for New Year’s Eve. We didn’t plan to spend any time in our room so it ticked all the boxes for a city stay and we could walk everywhere which really helped! If you want to chill and spend time in the room it is compact - but it was very clean and modern - my husband was very skeptical whether this would work for us but had to admit it was a excellent option for staying centrally on a budget for two nights - New Year’s Eve would have been a nightmare trying to get the MRT - we simply walked back - loved it! Also included good coffee and small pastries - other touches I was impressed with included a fridge, water bottles, slippers, nice shampoo, hairdryer - I was impressed
