Berlin so much to explore
The room was serviced and cleaned daily, the staff are excellent and friendly. The good is excellent as is the dinning areas. To avoid the crowds at breakfast you do have to be up early however the staff maintain the food on offer when ever you turn up for breakfast between 6 and 10:30. Breakfast caters for all amazing. We had 2 evening meals in the bar restaurant area, cosy and quiet with attentive staff. The standard of the food was very good with specials on everyday that changed. Some might say the menu is limited but I think it catered for all offering bar meals to restaurant fare. The ensuite bathroom was excellent, the bed firm and you can control the room temperature. We had a really quiet room with no city noise. The sauna was clean and well layed out with a sun lounge area to relax in. Transport links for the tram are 2 minutes away, the S, I and D bahn are 2 to 5 minutes away depending on which direction you want to travel. Ideal spot for sightseeing, nightlife or shopping. Remember you will have to pay your city tax when checking out.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Berlin
Very nice hotel ideally placed 5 mins walk from Alexanderplatz station with links to airport and all the tourist sites within Berlin. All of the staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel public areas were all well maintained and well decorated. The room allocated was a good size, warm, cleaned each day and comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent. Thank you.

3 Day Stop Over In Berlin
We had an amazing stay. This hotel is walking distance to the train station and around the corner from the hop on hop off bus. There are plenty of restaurants and tourist sites and shops in walking distance. The room is nice and clean and comfy but small and doesnt have much drawer space which was fine because most of our time was spent touring. The breakfast is fabulous. There were lots of pastry, fruit and hot and cold choices including nice crispy bacon and an espresso, cappuccino and hot chocolate machine. The staff was very friendly and very helpful for any questions we had. For our fellow Americans, dont forget your charger adapters. There aren't the usual USB ports in the rooms. Also if you like wash clothes (face cloths) bring your own set. All in all we loved the hotel and would definately stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel for anyone wanting to visit Berlin and not needing to spend a lot of time in the hotel. It’s clean, comfortable and conveniently near areas of transport and sights. Very walkable area and the staff is lovely. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and also great. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Berlin.
