All the issues started at check in with the front desk issuing me a dirty room. I got that issue resolved obviously by requesting another room that was actually clean.
Then i got charged different fees because none of the employees actually knew the hotel prices and started charging random prices.
At check out I brought this issue up to the front desk employee in which had super red eyes as if he was sleeping all night and had an attitude.
I think his name was david, anyways he said he didnt know for sure what the hotel fees are so to call back when the manager is present.
I called back and stephanie helped me by issuing 3 seperate refunds for fees that didnt even exists and shouldnt have been charged in the first place.
The elevators were dirty and didnt seem like anyone cleans over the weekend.
Definitely not gonna be coming back here.
Spend the extra money and stay at the hilton or one of the other hotels near by.
