A wonderful Getaway. Exceptional Staff.
It was a wonderful stay. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were helpful, friendly and always with a smile. They made the stay that much more special and the reason for the 5 stars. The only issue was this noise in the pipes in the room. I assume when someone else flushed a toilet.

A Jewel in Zermatt
Lovely charming boutique hotel slightly off the beaten path and out of the chaotic center of Zermatt. The staff was beyond lovely and accommodating. The restaurant on site a hidden jewel and food was beyond delicious. Even if you’re not staying here, give the restaurant a try.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Zermatt. The property is away from the main dining and shopping district which was important to us but e say enough to walk to town to eat or shop. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The restaurant on site is very good which allows you to stay close for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very attentive and responsive.
