We had a great 2 night getaway! It was off season, so the first night it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves. Excellent service. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both really really good. Beautiful views. No heater in the room so it was cold at night. We didn’t try using the wood fireplace because we were worried that we'd get too much smoke in the room. Overall the place is looking a little old and rundown (broken tiles, etc). But they keep it very clean. And the ocean views couldn't be better.

Our room was quite nice. The view is stunning. However, it needs upgrading. It was cold in the room even with a fire going. They should put extra blankets and pillows in the closet. There is a one-inch gap under the entrance to the room. I stuffed a towel underneath to keep out the cold. It helped some. The restaurant had very good food and the service was wonderful. Thank you, Jax. The front desk was pleasant and accommodating.

Rock hard beds
The view was amazing, but when it came to resting for the night I found that the beds were rock hard. We stayed there for 2 nights and we barely slept. We all keot tossing and turning in our beds. My husband woke up with a next cramp, I felt like I fell off a two story building. It was terrible. I can't believe that in 2024 a busy hotel like that would cheap out on the mattresses. If you have back problems, dont stay here. It’s going to be a nightmare, I know it was for us, and it wasn’t just my room, we booked 2 separate rooms, 3 beds in total. All were the same.
