This was our third stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic—across the street from the Viktualienmarkt and a five minute walk to Marienplatz, where almost all S and U Bahn connections are. We will stay here again!

Everything was wonderful from the start to the end, location is perfect -directly inside the Viktuelinmarkt, rooms are insanely large according to a European hotel, breakfast is very very good with variable cheeses and vegan options. Checking out was the best part of our stay. Coffee maker broken. Brought a new one. New coffee maker broken. SMALL room the size of a closet. No housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels. The front desk staff is nice & that’s about it. We couldn’t wait to leave. 10/10 for location if your headed to Christmas markets that were packed. So boring.

The location is great! Close to all we wanted to see and especially the market, that was right out the door of the hotel. The room I thought we booked, wasn’t exactly resembling the one we were given. Smaller bathroom, one sink instead of two etc,, I think the photo on the website was misleading.
