Avoid!!! Intimidating boys and manager. First room soaking wet mattress and damp walls, paint peeling off walls - this was an “upgraded deluxe room!” Second room stank with aircon bringing in stench from outside! Told manager I could not sleep there and to cancel my booking. Got nowhere with him, FabHotels or Expedia for refund until I took manager to police station and I got my statement signed and stamped against FabHotels and was refunded my £308! Any problems with accommodation in Goa call the police especially if, like me, you are a woman travelling solo - there is also a police group just for women in distress so Google it! The Calengute police were very understanding and extremely helpful! So do not let accommodation managers intimidate you just call local police if accommodation is not as advertised but you have paid and they refuse to refund your money and always pay with credit card! The reviews for this so called hotel were all false and excellent reviews were from friends and family! All photos were photoshopped and looked nothing like the outside or the bedrooms in reality! Avoid!!!
