False advertising! Stay away! This hotel is not at the airport as indicated. The pickup location was at the domestic terminal, 15 mins away by shuttle bus that i had to wait 15 mins for. Refused to refund extra nights when i left early as i needed to be at airport for early flight, and did not want to have to wrestle with unhelpful staff. The hotel is okay for a one night stay but not for everyone. Although the room was advertised as non-smoking, it clearly smelled of cigarettes and an ashtray was available in the room. It seems it’s also possible to smoke in the corridors. The hotel is clean but generally smells due to this issue. Another disappointing aspect was the distance from the airport. Unlike what appears on the hotel’s description, it is actually located around 20 minutes by car from the airport, the information provided on the website is deceiving. The shuttle works and is made available as needed however hotel was not responsive before arrival and had to ask airport staff to call them to send the shuttle (which was sent rapidly) Overall, quite disappointed with the hotel

Incorrect address this is not an airport hotel. Booked this specifically due to distance to the airport as I had multiple long haul flights booked. The address states it is in terminal 2 so when trying to find the hotel after a long journey could not find it. Ended up getting cash out to go to the taxis to try and get help if they knew where the hotel was (which was also very difficult due to the language barrier) and because the actual correct address of the hotel was not listed. Got took to another sister hotel and told this is the wrong one. Then had to pay for another taxi to get to this hotel. Very exhausting and not what you need. When got to the actual hotel the room type was incorrect, which was sorted by the hotel staff and the room changed to the correct type but still not ideal when already had this bad impression by the incorrect address. The actual hotel is about 15-20mins drive from the airport. The address needs to be changed as it is false.

This was billed on your site as an airport hotel and only 1.4km from the terminal. That is not correct, it was a 20 minute drive even late at night with no traffic. The "shuttle" bus was a car that i was jammed into with 3 others after a very confusing and frustrating time trying to get the "shuttle". Hotel staff speak no english. Sorry but this hotel cannot be called an airport hotel and your misleading description and location must be ammended on your sight. Very dissapointed in Hotels.com

There are a number of negative reviews about this hotel, so I thought I might balance some of these with the following: - First of all, the hotel is not 'on the site' of the airport. From what I can tell, there are no hotels actually 'inside' the airport. It would be appropriate for the hotel to say so. - The free pick up from the airport, could be better explained. On arrival, call the hotel but remember that the staff don't speak English. They use an app which can translate English/Chinese down the phone. Be patient. All the hotel needs to know is 'who you are' and that you have arrived. - Go upstairs from the arrivals area to 'gate 42' (this is what the airport actually calls the exits). - There are three rows of traffic dropping off/collecting passengers. Be patient. Rogue taxi drivers will try to entice, saying 'you will wait 2 hours for the hotel pick up'. These are lies. It takes 20-30 mins for the transport to arrive- usually on the middle stand. The hotel uses a black van or a white sedan car (including English writing on the lower side). The driver has your name on an app and will look for you if you don't see it. - Not much room for more details but the hotel is clean, the rooms large and the breakfast good (don't expect muesli/yoghurt but there is coffee). Most of the food is cooked Chinese food. - The staff are friendly and polite. - For an evening restaurant, turn left and left. We found one with images- pointed; have Alipay on your phone.
