Positive and also very negative experience.
The location is very good (tram, bus, supermarket are very close) and quiet. The bedroom was confortable and clean.
The breakfast inclusive in the price is very good and more than enough to start the day.
A british breakfast (saussage, beans, bacon, eggs), is not inclusiv but you can order it separatly for 6 pounds.
The personal who is in charge of the breakfast and cleaning was really very pleasant and polite.
Very negative point: the indian man at the reception is not qualified at all for his job. Strange behaviour with customer and very bad and inacceptable reaction to simple request. He was always on the defensive giving the feeling that customer was disturbing.
This is really a pity to have such employee in front of customer when the hotel has really everything to become a very very good hotel.
The receptionist recognised that he had a wrong behaviour and was sorry for that.
The hotel should take important and immediate action to improve that situation.
At the end, mixed feeling, I can not recommand this hotel
