Room was ok. Nice clean bathroom and shower was good.
Check in was terrible, it’s a self check in room and no codes were sent, i tried calling the host multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, no response.
I had to contact Hotels.com customer service and wait an hour to get a key-code to enter.
There was no WiFi, there were instructions on the wall but the router was not present, a neighbour had the same problem.
The TV only works on WIFI so no TV.
The location is handy being close to the train station and central, but the host needs to either be available to provide guests check in details or if they’re too busy take it off-line so it doesn’t show available for potential guests.
Would I stay again?? Yes probably, but I’d be sure to engage with the host to make sure they’re awake before confirming any booking.
