Loved my stay at the Buffalo!
Absolutely LOVED my stay at Buffalo Lodge. Great people, so friendly and kind. The whole place felt like home. Big fireplace in the lobby. Live soothing music in the evening when we arrived. Our room was huge and the mattress was so comfortable! Close to restaurants and attractions! Can’t wait to come back to the Buffalo! A great place to stay!

But basically clean. It seems like a good place to stay for people who don't care that it hasn't been repaired or updated.

We LOVED staying here. The feel of the property is homey and welcoming. Breakfast options were good. Our room was spacious and comfortable. This place just has a feel that makes me want to come back. The staff, service and events they have on site made this a very inviting stay. The room was great and the grounds were well kept. The only thing I would recommend they improve is the WiFi connection. My room had very spotty coverage. If you are a bicycle fan stay here and if you are not you should probably stay anyways.

You stay at the Buffalo Lodge for the ambience, location, and to support small business. The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is attentive and friendly. The nightly music is great, my 14 year old son listened to blue grass for the first time and loved it. You are very close to Balance Rock (one of our favorite pic ops). In between Manitou Springs Main Street shopping/eating and Old Colorado Springs shopping/eating. The nights are quiet and peaceful. If you want a typical hotel stay, don’t do it. You don’t deserve Buffalo Lodge! Thank you all for a great time!
