체크인한 고객은 부킹내역에서 확인이 되지 않아, 가족분 예약확인에 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다ㅜ 객실키가 하나고 체크인 할 객실에 미리 에어컨이 켜져있지 않았던 부분은 개선되길 바랍니다. 하루는 먼 제주 바다를 창으로 볼 수 있어 좋았어요. 1층 카페가 깔끔해보였고 룸서비스를 같은 가격으로 객실에서 즐길 수 있어 가성비가 좋고 좋았습니다. 다만, 2인이 시킨 한식에 반찬이 각각이 아니라 한 쟁반에는 있고, 한 쟁반에는 없고 전복뚝배기 음식만 있어서 좀 당황했습니다.
