Property should not advertise on Expedia. Had no record of our reservation and did not have one of the rooms we requested. Were not prepared for our stay at all.
Adjusted by providing an extra room. None of them had toiletries and none of the TVs worked. One room was in back of hotel where people were burning trash and could smell in room.
Would have given even lower rating but they did try and make things right but it just is an incompetent way of running a service oriented business by making the customer ask for everything.
Just stop advertising on Expedia and any other site dont have access to see what people are reserving.
