We had some trouble at check in because reception was closed and the confirmation number we had did not work. Essentially, we faced a check in vending machine which we could not get to work. We pressed the emergency intercom button and were connected to someone who tried to help us, but the connection was interrupted several times and we had to call back and try to figure the problem out before the connection was interrupted again. Fortunately, a lady who worked at the hotel showed up and she helped us check in. After that, there were no problems! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was a restaurant in the same building for dinner and breakfast, and the bathroom was clean.
We could not get access to this automatic Hotel because the doorcode was not on the Hotels.Com confirmation.
