Besides a couple of attentive and customer service oriebted staff the place feels depressed, extremely outdated and hazardous rooms. The staff seemed to have lost all motivation in both the food Preparation and maintenance. Smart phones and chatting to colleagues seem to be priority number one and you have to excuse yourself for disturbing their busy talks. I am not fresh to Cuba and i am very familiar with the challenges but this place shows the absolute worst side of the country and its people. The beach and gym are a definite plus

Me and my husband stayed here for four days as our wedding anniversary. If you are like me and my husband that have been to all inclusive hotel in the Caribbean (Dominican Republic) this is not the all inclusive that you see there. Pro: Beach is close to Hotel. You can also go outside of the facility and buy food. Hotel is clean. I love my bed it was so comfortable.By the way I was 7 month pregnant so this was a plus!!!. They have a bus that takes you to Habana from 10:00am-5:00 P.M.Front desk are willing to help Cons:Food is limited,many flies all over the food.snack bar only has one thing (bread with cheese and ham and o/or beef burger) and some alcoholic beverage Entertainment is also limited, not much to do.I felt bored in the afternoons. But other than that. It was good to meet get to know other culture.

Skip this place!
Hotel canceled our reservation before we could even check in due to an issue with the water on the entire property. Very disappointing since we had taken a cab from Havana to stay by the beach for a few days. Then we waited for hours while they were trying to figure out where/how to book people in other hotels and then we were supposed to wait even longer for a shuttle they arranged to take us to new hotels. We paid and took a cab out of their on our own. Poor customer service, poor food (we ate in the lunch buffet while waiting) poor drinks in bar. On the beach yes but that’s about all you can say about this place; I would skip it and look for something better!
