The hotel is in a very convenient location for the bus stop in Budva, which was great for getting around the rest of Montenegro by bus. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the coast, and a couple of minutes walk to a nearby mini market. The hotel itself looks very new, and has great facilities, although I didn’t get to use the pool due to poor weather. The room was very spacious and clean. The service was generally very polite, but not very helpful unfortunately. They could not help me arrange delivery of food to the room, when I returned from an excursion at 10pm and room service had stopped at 9pm.
On check in I was told breakfast would be €20 for my stay and so I declined. Only on my last day did they say I had misheard and breakfast had been included all along, so I missed out on this and paid elsewhere throughout my stay. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but they brought a kettle and a mug when I asked (although I had to keep asking for mugs as the cleaners took these each day). the cleaners also left the balcony window half open all day while it was raining and so my room was very cold when I returned after the excursion. The bathroom is a wet room style meaning the entire floor floods when you have a shower.
The breakfast on the final day was basic but fine. There is a city tax to be paid on leaving.
