A lovely property with fabulous view of Lake Garda. The ferry was a convenient way to get to other towns on the lake. Shops are nearby for purchasing personal items as well as souvenirs & gifts. The staff was friendly & accommodating.

This hotel is very clean and conveniently located close to all tourist attractions, therefore everything is walkable. The facilities are clean and functional, though no complementary tea or coffee included. Nearby area has multiple stores and restaurants. Overall, I am satisfied mostly because of good location.

Very nice property- close to everything. Loved The Christmas Market which was just a block away. Room had a large bathroom and also glad it had a small refrigerator and a safe.

Amazing location

I dont think id consider our room a junior suite as promised, but it was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat! Right on the central square. Breakfast is servwd at the restaurant next door and is plentiful.

This is a beautiful Hotel. Our room was very spacious, beautiful , clean and with a great view . The staff was very helpful specially Noiryana Saetan at the front desk who was always friendly and willing to help . Thank you very much for everything.

Great location in the old town. Good eating options nearby. Slighty awkward to find driving in but got there eventually. Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Only negative was the air con didn’t seem functional and on a 28 degree day the room was quite stuffy. However I would stay again for the location.

I had not the breakfast included on the price so I paid extra 22 euro a day for enjoy it. The breakfast is far too be ok for that price. It is a breakfast for a 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars. Very limited. Don’t take the room with breakfast. It’s better instead to go in a coffe shop to enjoy got.
