Great place. Can’t fault it
This is a great place. Rooms are fun and quirky-I had an attic double room on the 6th floor. Staff are lovely-quick to help and always go the extra mile. Great suggestions for sightseeing. Location was good. Close to metro/tram and shops (and about a ten min walk to the sea/river!) Breakfast was vast! A lot of choice, well stocked and fresh produce. I would 100% recommend this place.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Tesuro da Baixa at the end of November, The hotel is perfectly located to explore Lisbon and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was very good and our room was very comfortable. Overall a really great choice for a trip to a great city

Nous avons aimé la localisation de l'hôtel. Cela nous a permis de tout voir à Lisbonne en se déplaçant à pieds seulement. Notre chambre était au 5e étage et on avait une belle vue le matin ainsi que le soir. Un peu bruyant parcontre avec police et ambulance ainsi que les fêtards qu'on entend souvent tard dans la nuit. We booked two rooms as travelled as family. The staff were very friendly, a warm welcome and great start to our holiday in Lisbon. Went out of the way including a welcome glass of wine at checkin! As a boutique hotel feels very cosy and staff gave some very valuable insights into Lisbon. Location in Baixa is great as just next to Rossio Metro, 28 tramline and walking distance to many an attraction. A very good breakfast with varied delcious mix of Portuguese and continental options.

Fabulous Hotel and Friendly Staff
A lovely, clean and quirky hotel, centrally located and within a 30 minute Metro journey from the Airport. The breakfasts were fresh and plentiful and the lovely dining/reception area is open all day for guests to enjoy complementary coffee/tea and snacks. Rooms are on the higher floors, away from the noise of the street and are fully air-conditioned. The staff are very friendly and approachable and speak several languages - very impressive!

We were a little nervous about a) the front door between the shoes stores is not your typical hotel entrance and b) our 6th story room with a 5th story elevator. Neither of these things were remotely a problem. The location is perfectly centered between public transportation options and different tourist communities. You will notice an upgrade in the more touristy blocks from the outside, but we could not have stayed at more accommodative place in the area. And our room was spacious and relaxing in every way.

This boutique style hotel worked out perfectly for us. The location gave easy access to all the tourist spots and many restaurants. It was also close to the outdoor food market that was lots of fun. The staff was very friendly and gave us great suggestions for dinner and getting around. They arranged for our very early 4:00am taxi to the airport and it worked out perfectly. All in all, we'd stay here again.
