My dog is a certified support animal and they would not let me stay even though they have pet friendly rooms. I told them he is a service animal and not a pet and they said we do not care you can not stay here.

Was great except the building alarm across the street kept going off all night. Its not the hotels fault but environmental factors such as street noise is important, especially if you want a goodnights sleep.

I’ve stayed here before and I’ve always been very happy staying here. And I always go to Caesars restaurant to eat a couple times while I’m here because it’s right next-door or underneath. I’m getting older and I wish I had an elevator. Because I have a knee. I will continue to stay here when I’m in Tijuana until I can no longer walk up and downstairs and need an elevator.
