My room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of available in-room amenities: coffee maker, fridge, iron & ironing board, tv, WiFi, microwave. The shower worked well and the towels were plush. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on my deck every morning and had coffee to the pleasant sounds of the mountains and forest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff was very rude upon arrival and leaving. I had to cut my stay a day short because of personal issues and asked the front desk would it be possible to pay only for the one night stay. The front desk said “we only do two night stays” and I responded by saying “I’m having unexpected issues and have to leave early”. He responded by saying “that’s what they all say”. I took it as it was said “thankyou”.
