... the Customer service is disastrous!
First day, a few time after my arrival in my room, a man opened the door without any knocking... I was naked... When I related that to the manager, she apologised for the disturburbing from the guy who work as an maintener agent...
The day after, I left my room at 6 am and when I arrived at 10pm, my room wasn't cleaned... the manager explained that they have had any problem, without apologize this time...
The third day, my neighboors were very noisy overnight and were smoking a lot (despite the annoucement in the lobby : 'no smoking hotel'), that was smelling in my room... When I complained about that, the manager said I shoud have to call the neighbour to ask him to stop...
Finally, two days befor leaving, I asked some details about check out and if there were any possibility to stock my luggage for three hours after the checking out... The manager answered that this service would be charged $10 per hour!!!
I have to say, there is a confusion about certain information on the website. The shuttle service is free for the arrival and the departure only. The other days (to get the CTA transport at o'hare, it's charged $10 by journey.
The hotel isn't very fresh and is noisy enpugh at the roadside. It would be acceptable for the price if the management were efficient and more respectful with clients.
