Checked into room with a toilet that had no pressure, front desk made it difficult to move me because my room type & preferences. Another front desk came in & moved me immediately! Next day I was locked out of room and was told I wasn't supposed to be there but then again fixed the problem, Next day, locked out of room AGAIN, then a different front desk told me his manager said to refuse me service because I had NO reservation! I said this is ridiculous, I booked & got confirmed because if I didn't, how would I have gotten into a room. He said I had to book to get into my room. I explained I originally was book into a different room which he found but at this point I'm frustrating about my WHOLE booking experience from the beginning, and it's always something not right. He said i was being rude to which I said No, I haven't begun to be be rude, i was merely expressing my opinion as to ALL the confusion & I said xan you blame me for the frustration. He said had he booked this wouldn't have happened & refused to issue new keys. He wanted to argue & I said I didn't want anymore excuses & didn't want to speak to him any longer & to just make my keys so I can get to my room. He crossed his arms & said I'm refusing service to which I said, call your manager. He continued to want to argue & I said I No longer want to speck to you, just make my keys & because I refused his rant he once again didn't want to make keys. A gentleman was also being helped by a different desk person
