We were given a double queen beds with dirty sheets. This made it feel sketchy. The vents, floors, floor boards were all dirty. It made me wish I had brought slippers from home. When my wife complained to the front desk. Milly tried her best to make the situation better. That's why we're have it a one star. The manager however should not be dealing with the public. She was rude and aggressive with an elderly women. She made it seem offering breakfast was doing us a favor because it was complimentary. When confronted by the elderly customer why they had run out an hour before the end time the manager snapped and said she could just stop doing it if customers were going to complain. If you are going to offer a complimentary pastry and coffee make sure there is enough. There is no need to be rude and act like you are doing us a favor. The other front desk person said oh brother, threw her pen and rolled her eyes. Also the phone in our room didn't work, a lamp didn't work and the security cameras are decorative. Buyer beware.
