We arrived late at night and the employee wasn't allowed to take walk-ins at the how. He recommended that we go through Expedia, but, because of the late hour (around midnight), Expedia changed the date for the following day. The manager was really inflexible to help us solve the problem and asked us to pay more to let us stay the rest of the night. I took us nearly 2 hours between the time of our arrival on site and when we were given a room.
And, the first room we were given was dirty.
So, yes, it was a terrible experience.
