Was very pleased with the service, attitude and efficiency of the staff.
Special mention must be given to the Manager , Ms. Ila Prabhu, and her team led by Brinda, , Kennedy, Keith and a host of others.
Beautiful decor, luxury hotel with everything we needed - great service, cleanliness, amazing food and close to a lot of shopping.
Would love to stay here again!
Hotel is technically a 4 star with 2 star service and 5 star pricing. Rs 1500 for breakfast. No coffee in the room. Front desk english comprehension was poor, or maybe my accent.
The rooms and hotel areas were clean. Pool area, foyer and bar area all had mosquito invasion which they didnât maintain with repellents or sprays except a worker waving a tennis bat zapping mosquito killer! Amusing to watch and annoying!
The buffet food is sub standard, no real variety or definitely not Intercontinental as advertised.
Staff take ages when you order something in the dining area ( such as a can of coke) even though itâs not busy! They make their own version of latte which is horrendous if you are a coffee drinker like me.
Very poor communication amongst staff and lack if integrity as we experienced with our room being promised to us then back tracked and ended up in a smaller room
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is the buffet food when youâve booked with breakfast or half board. This is breakfast and lunch or dinner. Options are limited, mainly veg/ Asian and not a lot of intercontinental choices, as per the marketing.
Though they do cater for a la cart.
