Hotel charges $50 per night for incidentals. Never saw anything about this through the app. Traveling for business so i had to put that on a personal credit card.
I showed up to check in the hotel was closed do to power loss. They had been with out power for a week and no rooms were available. They mentioned there was no way to get in touch with me since I booked with Hotels.com
Not sure why the hotel or hotels.com didn't contact me. I used both my email and phone number when booking the trip. There is no reason why I should not have been notified.
We had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were very clean and up to date. The front staff were wonderful. Anything we asked for they were able to accommodate and brought right to our room for us. The cookies are a bonus and our kids loved them! Only thing that we didn't like was the big pool was so cold.
My room did not have a alarm or clock at all. The carpet was a bit sticky and looked dirty.
Outside my window were a big group of loud people at 10:30 pm
Took 2 calls to front desk to have them go out there and see.
