Where’s the damn microwave
I paid for the best room here and there was no microwave in the room and the ac did not work well at all it kept going up to 78° in the middle of the night. But the room it self was very nice everything was neat and clean

Will not stay here again
When we walked in it smelled very musty and old. Bed and everything seemed to look okay but there was corners of the bathroom that was not so clean. Shower head did not look like it had been cleaned. In the closet there was signs of mold. I complained to front desk, they did get us moved to an "upgraded room" told me those rooms were more expensive but they will not charge. The new room was still a bit musty and just did not feel clean overall. Not to mention it looked the exact same and had the same amenities as the other one. Not sure why they are upcharging that room. All in all, will not stay here again.

This was the worse experience in a long time, when I arrived I found out that although I reserved and paid for a particular room it was not available. I DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Next there was no microwave in the room so I went down to the lobby as instructed and it LOOKED LIKE IT HAD COVID, I WAS AFRAID TO TOUCH IT LET ALONG PUT MY FOOD IN IT. I notified staff and her excuse was many people use it.. UHG. Next I went to freshen up and when I washed my hands and face.. combed hair the darn sink filled up with smut.. GROSS, I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I PAID TOO MUCH FOR TWO Nights AND IT WAS HORRIBLE.

Our stay was very disappointing. Our room was never cleaned by the hotel during a 4 day stay until I went to the front desk in person. There is an extra $50.00 charge for every night you stay in the hotel that is returned to you 5-7 days after your stay if there was no damage to your room. This is told to you upon check-in. The HVAC system did not work properly and we froze in our room. The windows looked as though they had never been cleaned. The towels were terrible and the bathrooms are beyond tiny. There were many children running up and down the halls in the evening and there was loud music being played in the parking lot with gatherings of people partying. When I did speak to the front desk about the problems we were experiencing I received a “I’m sorry”. I like Marriotts but would NEVER stay at the Marriott in the Regency again.
