The hotel didn't honor Expedia bookings and I had to pay in cash again after I had been charged through Expedia. The pillows in the room smelt really bad and the water in the bath had plumbing leakage making the bathroom floor
wet, that I complained about yet didn't get fixed.
The staff basically acted like they didn't care or know what they were doing.
