Check in was fine, but the building was in need of repairs and landscaping was unkempt. The interior of the building showed long term wear and was dated. Our room had a terrible odor that smelled of human waste. We were unable to get a refund and all the other hotels were sold out. We had no choice but to stay after being on the road all day and only being half way through our trip. We spoke to several other guests who were extremely upset with the state of the hotel and their rooms. One person was a father with a young son and was disgusted with the situation. After a quick sleep that was interrupted all through the night by loud yelling, bumps, bangs and apparently people rearranging furniture, we were out the door early. As we checked out the receptionist was nearly in tears because someone had just berated her because their stay was so poor. I am sorry she experienced that and the hotel management needs to understand your customers and your staff expect more from you. People have come to expect a certain level of excellence from the Wyndham name, and this was beyond disappointing and disturbing. I would not suggest anyone use this hotel if you have any expectations of a good night sleep in a clean room, without an odor of excrement.
Checking in at 4 there was only one person at the desk and a line of more than a dozen people in front of us. It was almost an hour waiting in line to get checked in. Finally got a room and the bed was dirty. Called the front desk asking for clean bedding and was told it would be about 20 minutes. Two hours later and nothing. Called the front desk again but no one picked up the next two times I called. Stripped the bedding and used the cleanest sheet to sleep on. Only one wash rag in the room for I and my husband to share. A room full of people next door was partying and security finally came at 4:30 in the morning to say something to them. Got louder and sleep didnât happen. Donât waste your money here. Sorry the pictures are so dark, only one lamp in the room worked.
The room was not clean the sheets where dirty and had stains in them the pillows had no pillows case the hall way and elevator had trash in them and down the hall way overall just a horrible place to stay not clean just disgusting I would never ever stay there again or recommend any else stay there I will be writing a view in there page and speaking to rhe manager
Upon check in it was fine, we felt a bit uneasy pulling in the parking lot but the security and all were friendly.
The staff checking in was friendly.
Got to our room and had a plugged toliet, tried to call down to the desk and our phone wouldnt work. Went down and maintenance was super nice came up right away unplugged it and then said the pressure is low.. it kept plugging.
The elevator was very dirty. The room was pretty clean. It is in the process of being updated so it has potential being bought by Wyndham. In the room. They need a garbage can in the bathroom. The lights werent great, our toliet paper holder was broken, and the shower faucet dripped all night.
The noise level coming from surrounding areas ( hall and courtyard) were pretty loud. We turned the fan on to help drown out the noise.
Overall it was a bed we slept in before an early flight.
Probably wont be back to this hotel. But given time i think it could get better.
The hotel is not as advertised. It claims to have a hot tub under repair until June 30. I was there July 4-5 and the hot tub was wrapped in caution tape and clearly no attempts were being made to repair it. Secondly the listing says there is a buffet breakfast, it was at best the same continental breakfast that is free everywhere else only they wanted to charge for it. The bedding is listed as premium and felt like paper. The doors to the outside were not secure and would open from outside without a key, or lock to the point the key card couldn't unlock it, and the elevator is in disrepair and would get stuck between floors. The beds were clean but the overall hotel was not. I will say the staff the morning I checked out (around 5 am so I had time to drive home and nap before moving onto my responsibilities) were much nicer then the night crew.
Lastly the sign is a banner covering the double tree sign from the old ownership. The keys to the rooms still say Hilton on them
First of all, this is a different hotel that Wyndham properties took over. And you cannot slap the Wyndham name on anything. It smelled like weed as I walked in. The front desk host was outside talking to someone and I had to wait 5 minutes before being checked in. They then checked me into the wrong room so we had to carry all of our luggage back downstairs to eventually get checked into the correct room. Then once we got to the room the curtains only had shears. So the light was blaring through all night long. I had to take a safety pin to pin the curtains together which were already falling off the rack. I recorded and took pictures of the condition. They were filthy dirty. I had to clean my toilet because someone had already used our bathroom. I will never stay at this place again. And to make matters worse it's advertised as having a Jacuzzi but when we went to get in there was yellow tape around the Jacuzzi and it was shut down. the pool had particles floating on the top of it. Disgusting. I hated it.
The room was clean enough, but there wasn't a trash can in the entire room, or bathroom.
The support bar in the shower was missing.
The pool was closed.
I would NEVER pay $11.99 for that breakfast!
At check-in, I asked if the room rate for a single occupant was less than the rate for two people? She said: "Only at the booking". The original booking was for two people, but at the last minute, one couldn't make it. "A Pastor preparing the residence for new employees."
I only used the room for sleeping at the end of a long conference week-end. So none of what I listed really mattered to me. But, I travel ALOT! You asked. You should know.
