It was a great stay. My husband and I took a long walk by the river and over to Gonzaga University. It was very beautiful and took us less than 15 minutes to get to campus from the hotel. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the Starbucks coffee choices in the morning.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard. The on-site bistro was especially a blessing as I was ill and having ready access to food and water without traveling or ordering in was wonderful.
The property is under pretty heavy construction. I booked a king sweet with a hide a bed but got a standard room with no couch and the bathroom door slammed shut after I stepped out and locked so I had to call down to have them unlock it. Definitely not worth what they are charging.
Disappointing that a hotel under renovation would not inform guests prior to their arrival. Had we known the pool would be closed we wouldnât have booked in with an entire hockey team. There was no mention of a renovation or closures at any time.
No hot water from the roomâs sink. Noise from room next door and in the hall.
Facilities (pool, rec area);unavailable due to renovations; but no mention of this when we made our reservationâŠwe got a notice after the reservation was made. There should be a discount because of limited facilities available at this time.
