I arrived having been told there would be a room for me that had never had pets in it. I was informed that was not the case.
The man at the desks did his best he upgraded my room insisting animals had not been in the room for four day prior.
I had a severe reaction to the room. I could not breathe.
I asked for a refund and was told since I booked with Expedia with a 10 dollar upgrade if refund was needed, we could not get a refund.
We cannot reach Expedia for a refund. We paid for your room and for a âpet freeâhotel at a higher price.
Two hotel rooms for a one night stay.
It's a nice place to stay. It is spacious in the room we had and comfortable too. The hotel has a nice swimming pool with working hot It's a little noisy being right next to the highway.
Always will chose to stay at this hotel!!!! Pool area was nice pool towels was available thatâs a plus hot tub worked ,,, room was nice as usual cons the pull out bed had dirty sheets on it so we all had to sleep in the queen bed other than that it was nice
A little pricey but Property is very clean and respectable! As well as the pool area staff are very nice and helpful. I would give them my business time and time again!
The whole building had a very faint smoke smell. It seems like this hotel was renovated but feels like a very nice hotel from 1995. The spa and pool were excellent
We stayed in a hotel downtown that cost twice the amount of the Residence Inn, then booked here for our last night in Topeka. The Residence Inn was so much cleaner than the expensive hotel, the staff were so nice, the pool/spa was clean and easy to access, the continental breakfast was good too! I would pick this slightly outdated Inn over the expensive fancy hotel we stayed at for the cleanliness and service alone!
extremely nice hotel quiet comfortable cozy. kids swam have basketball court to play on. refrigerator stove microwave in room w icemaker. i stay in topeka area numerous times every yr and ill definitely stay here every time from now on.
