A slightly mixed experience.
The hotel was fine (on the whole), however, there were a few issues:
The description advertised a 'restaurant', but when we asked about this on arrival we were told that it was "non-functioning" and there would be no-where for breakfast in the morning.
We booked a room for 5, however, the room was only set up for 4 people. When queried, the staff (1 person) did hand us bedding for the sofa.
The description also said the staff spoke English... this was a bit of a stretch. The staff and I did our best to communicate through Google Translate.
On the whole the booking served our purpose - one nights sleep between connecting flights from Auckland to London. The one staff member (who was receptionist, porter and driver) was friendly and did work hard to accommodate us. He was only constrained by matters beyond his control.
