This is the moldiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathtub has mold growing every where - the caulk was black. The first room we were given was so dirty I refused to stay in it. It was very obvious the toilet had not been cleaned so I'm sure the shower hadn't either.
I would never ever stay here again. We are going to Chicago and were planning on staying at another Hampton Inn there, not anymore.
Old, nasty feel, worst beds EVER. Hard as a rock. Loud outside, and in. Not Hilton quality at all. Small cramped room. Staff nice but this hotel needs a renovation in a bad way. Wonât stay here again.
The hotel is very run down inside for a Hampton. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the dain in the tub is nasty, and the bed was a mess, witch shows the cleanliness of the place. The pool ceiling is coming apart to the piont where i wouldn't feel comfortable swimming in there pool. I would not stay here again unless they did some major updating.
It was perfect. The customer service is the best ive ever had in 25 years of traveling. The staff was genuine and friendly. They went above and beyond at every opportunity. Ive made this particular trip every year since 2005. I will no longer consider any other hotel.
The building, the rooms, and the area around are pretty run down and certainly not worth the price. Housekeeping was banging on my door it's 7:00 a.m. When they couldn't get in they came back again at 7:30. They finally left me alone when I yelled "I'm sleeping".
We were there for the state archery tournament. There were 14 total in our group and we were able to hang in the lobby together watch basketball, play cards and enjoy each others company. The staff was wonderful!
