I will not call it a 5 star hotel…..
The hotel is in a good location but restaurant is bad. People stand at the buffet to eat, do not take new plates every time, use their hands to pickup the food, I travel a lot . So far I traveled to 40 plus countries but not seen such un-hygienic buffet anywhere. After seeing that I didn’t eat at the buffet.
We ordered some expensive drinks at the bar and were served RAW peanuts at the bar. Not roasted, not salted but RAW. The last day we settled our account and as we were getting in to the car to the airport the receipt came running and started saying we Jane not paid for the late check out. We had paid for the late checkout and all the taxes etc… I pulled my account statement and showed it to her, her response was oh ok. No apology what so ever. It was very embarrassing in front of other guest standing there.
I will think twice before booking my stay at this hotel again….
