Overbooking at the hotel, I reserve a king size bed room and I receive a queen size bed with no compensation... the service desk told me if I want to cancel my reservation it his my choice... but I had no choice at midnight and too tired after 12 hours behind the wheel... it wasn't my best experiences in a hotel.
A very shabby property, security latch on door was broken off. Dirty and moldy, generally creepy. I expected that the total fee charged by hotels.com covered everything- but they charge me an extra $4. Fee. Also insufficient parking lot. On the plus side- there was no noise disturbances!
Free van transportation combined with other vehicle park locations took a long time to get to hotel. Only once an hour service returning to airport.
Pretty slow check-in process.
Hotel may have been in process of renovation- but we definitely had an unrenovated room. Bed was extremely uncomfortable with visible intention /dip in mattress. Had to ask for soap as there was none in the room to wash hands, and there were tissues and Qtips on the floor in the bathroom beside the garbage that were missed when someone should have swept then floor. Only stayed one night- desk staff was friendly and check in-out and shuttle to airport were good.
WHEN I GOT TO THE PLACE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY LUGGAGE DOLLIES. HAD TO TAKE ALL MY STUFF UPSTAIRS BY HAND. AND IT WAS ONLY ONE ICE MACHINE YEAH. THE ICE MACHINE WASN'T WORKING ON THE 3RD SECOND FLOOR ONLY ICE MACHINE THAT WAS WORKING WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR.
