The website is extremely misleading. There is no restaurant like the one that is advertised, it was not even open anyway, we only had access to the bar food which was not brilliant at all. I had a caesar salad that was a crouton salad and there was so many croutons I just did not touch my plate. Teh lighting was terrible, we ate almost in the dark. The place is lacking light and the pics on the web have been photoshopped. Breakfast was ok, but when no one checks your eligibility to it during the week, they scrutinize everyone at the weekend. Reaching your room is not easy: too many rooms for not enough lifts, slow lifts, and if I had to take the staircase, I would have no idea where to find these easily. Water was warm in the shower, but not hot. Comfy bed but rooms are quite dark. There was no rubbish bin in my bedroom, I had to pick one I found in the corridor. I had to plug my bedroom TV in to make it work because it was not. I needed to print out some documents: none of the 3 printers in the hotel worked. I felt sick in there and now I am in another hotel, I am ok. Go figure. The maintenance staff is extremely polite and nice and will go the extra length to help if necessary. I appreciate very much that a TV monitor had been brought into the conference room too despite this not being the usual request.
