The location was really good, the room was comfortable and I was really pleased to have free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. The room was a bit dated - the window in the room didn't seem to close and the sink and bath had some paintwork falling off. However for the price I paid I was very happy.
Lovely big twin room. Bedding clean, crisp and white. Comfy beds. Could have done with small fridge in room . Nice quiet bar area and prices reasonable for hotel.
I really enjoyed this gem of a hotel near Liverpool Town Hall. Itâs housed in a beautifully preserved historic building with stylish, modern interiors. The bed was comfortable and spotless, and the views from the room were stunning. Iâd definitely stay here again!
Massive queues at check in. Stretched out the main door. We went for a drink instead came back an hour later still long queues ((whatâs the point of express check in) hotel staff are always friendly. Been here loads of times cos itâs cheapest place, always clean and adequate for a night in Liverpool. The bathrooms are being upgraded , second time weâve been with no mirror in the bathroom or room.
2 night stay, impressive building and lounge, the rooms are looking tired and could do with air conditioning.
Check in was a farce. No other services were used.
First, beautiful hotel I have never seen marble walls like that before, amazing hall, nice staff very accommodating, our room was simple double room then bathroom then single room bathroom was newly renovated but bedroom it self needs attention, overall a beautiful hotel I will definitely stay again very central location with an incredible value.
Good central location in iconic building. Staff levels appear low leading to slow check-in and queues. Decoration tired in places but our room was sizeable and comfortable although no mirror in bathroom.
