Shortly after we arrived, my daughter became quite ill and had a very restless first night. In the morning, jackhammers and other construction tools were working first thing. I went down to the front desk and sled if it was possible to move to a quieter room. Without hesitation we were moved from a basic, but clean, room in the original wing of the hotel to the new tower with newer, fresher rooms. We were VERY impressed with both the upgraded room and the ease with which the hotel staff made this happen.
Each bed has a selection of pillows for comfort and bottled drinking water is always available.
There are two restaurants which offer a buffet breakfast, or simple ala carte items. As well, the restaurant provided a full dinner menu.
