The hotel was not as advertised online it was extremely ran down and unsafe. The door to the main hall was open and the swiper broken. The room itself was all but destroyed. The beds were filthy with dirty sheets and mattress. There were dirty handprints all over the walls. The sink was broken at the bottom. There was a random couch with a filthy black blanket halfway draped as if someone slept there minutes before. The room wreaked of human piss the shower had a hole in the wall and hair everywhere.
Cons: the roaches!!! So many roaches. Our room was not clean (hair on the wall of the shower), the walls were really gross. Mold in bathrooms and the fire alarm had a wrap around it. We didnât feel safe enough to stay and left after trying to sleep, but gave up.
We booked online for 2 rooms for a whole month. The pictures seemed decent. But when we got there the place was severely run down and dirty. The rooms had holes in the walls, holes in the filthy curtains, carpets so dirty they were sticky, and no lights in the light fixtures. There were no smoke alarms and many many cigarette burns all over the bathroom and tables. One particular hole was handily fixed with duct tape. The homeless population liked to congregate by the dumpster next to the door that never locked. It felt very unsafe.
After a day I was shocked to see the largest cockroaches I'd ever seen. They kept us company the whole month.
The "continental breakfast" only consisted of cornflakes and waffles, which was not quite what I thought it would be.
But at least the housekeepers were very sweet and helpful.
We stayed there for a week. Not once did they come in to clean the room. We had to use the same towels and sheets for the whole week, and we had to dump the garbage. We also had to ask for toilet paper and more shampoo.
It was not very good cause the room we had booked had no Internet or TV and on our way to the 3rd floor by stairs that's all they had people were hanging out in the stairs no pool or restaurant the te ads rooms are not as nice as the pictures show I have stayed at a few Days Inn and none of them was like this one if you don't have to stay there don't ten or twenty dollars are worth spending for something better even the breakfast wasn't good so beware the staff seem nice that is all this place has going for them
Checked in at 510pm was told room was not ready. No big deal we went to eat. Got into the room stains on all the walls, paint coming off the walls, stains on carpet. The room really needs some maintenance. Holes in walls that had been patched by someone who did not know what they were doing. The room was clean but I would not recommend staying. Also no landscaping has been done, when we pulled in it looked horrible and my husband said this is going to be bad and it was. Really need to do some work on the property. Avoid staying here
Check in Friday the hallways smelled like piss the only reason I even stayed a night their was I couldn't find another title to check in to until the next day sliding door glass was broken and taped together floor and walls were all dirty the bathroom look disgusting tried to take a shower the water wasn't draining the bathroom door got stuck almost had to break it down jus to get out of it worst hotel I ever stayed at had to check out the next day I can't believe they would even have this hotel on the website it should be taken off or rws flagged
At first it was a little disappointing but the staff has made up for an amazing unplanned family emergency trip. Yes the hotel has some maintenance issues that need to be addressed that I would be happy to help repair and fix for a very small salary if they would like
