Wonderful Stay
It was wonderful minus the one guy left and not sure where he went but came back eventually but the outside needed updates and may i suggest replace the trees and things near windows with flowers especially at the breakfast area and the room i was in was good but the wall paper in the bathroom had one spot coming up but other then that it was a wonderful stay

My wife found a bug crawling under the sheets on our bed. Not good! Also there was no water pressure in the bathroom sink and the drain plug did not work at all. The shower head was also extremely low and had to stoop to wash hair. Not good.

Never having stayed at this hotel before I was shocked by the condition. The carpets in the hallways and in our room were torn and filthy. The tile floors in our bathroom were cracked and the areas around the soda machine and ice machine were sticky. Tried to do a load of laundry, but the machines didn’t work. No one came to empty trash or take away dirty towels. Finally, I put the towels outside the door and someone picked them up but didn’t return with clean towels so my husband had to go to the front desk for clean towels. There was some sort of stain on the wall in our room and the bathtub actually had holes that it appeared someone tried to epoxy over. if I am in need to make a trip back to Lansing Michigan, my wife and I will not stay in that hotel again.

Linens and bedding were very clean, but carpet, wallpaper, fixtures very outdated. Leather covers on the seats in the shared spaces were all cracked and ripped. Furniture in bad condition. Needs renovation!
Room was on second floor broken elevator with an elderly mother. A/C was broken. Interior of rooms looks original to when hotel was first opened 30-40 years ago. The mattresses felt original also.
