When I got there I told the guy at the desk I was paying with a different card that the one I had on file to book the room with. Yet he instantly charged the card. Then had to refund it and said it would take 2-3 days to get it back. Then I re booked the room with affirm, and showed him the receipt confirmation and he REFUSED to let me get the room because he didnât see it on his end. After an hour and a half and having to contact the hotels.com people I finally got into my room. The elevator didnât work so my pregnant wife had to walk the stairs to the 2nd floor. FYI they donât have breakfast there either.
6-26-25 lady at front desk about 240p terrible customer service . On 6-27-25 we went to LSU came back to room staff had took towels from room even clean ones that we never used. and never replaced them .Lady at front desk very rude when asked about towels . She ask how many I need I said i donât know because someone took the cleans ones from the room . She ask again I stated how ever many will be for 3 people. We will never booked her again . Came to take my daughter to tour LSU! And hair was in the bathroom sink and an empty water bottle in the room form previous guess. Door to room hard to open scraping the floor
Room had a weird smell. Couldnât open door and had to get the front desk agent. He had to open the door with his shoulder like the police. TV cam on but could not change the channels to watch anything. The curtain over the air conditioner had a discolored water stain.
