It couldâve been better the elevator half way opened one day it didnât work at all and my mom had surgery so she shouldnât of been walking down the stairs no one really had good communication and breakfast SUCKED! they basically only had waffles not meats only orange juice no water offering but the room was kinda clean except for the let out couch we found hella fruit snacks and the pets stink too I donât think they shouldâve been allowed to sit in chairs and stuff and they didnât have a pool that was confusing because Iâm guessing we mixed the hotels up
Hotel was advertised with a pool and hotel did not have pool. Hotel took an extra $100 deposit instead of using a credit card for incidentals and wont return money for up to 3-4 business days. Blankets and sheets had stains on them and breakfast had barely any options available and poorly stocked. Will not choose this hotel again
Once in our room the sheets on one of the beds had hair on it. There was only one staff on duty. There was no facial towel to use on mid size or full body towls. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed or swept. There was no meat served with breakfast. Neither of the 3 days we were there. The workders whomed cleaned the rooms spoke no english. So when asked for the towelet paper to be replinished. Or clean towels. I was met with a no english. So Ihad to point at what I needed from the Housekeepers cart.
It was good! Service was great! But I had a towel with stains on it, floors werenât mopped(had stuff caked on floor), and tub wasnât the cleanest either.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at I checked in and 10 minutes later I checked out the room, smell like old mold. When I saw the conditions of the room, I went to go speak with the guy in the reception. All he did was just give me new sheet and told me to change it myself which the sheets that he gave me was just as stain and dirty as the ones that were on the bed. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever been
The attendant at the desk was a little rude. We were standing at the front desk for a few minutes before thinking there was nobody back there and then a guy rolls his chair out of the corner and asked for our name like nothing happened.
The first room we had smelled like smoky food. The sheets smelled the same. There was an onion ring or something of the kind in the air conditioner that I think was the cause of the smell. It was also set on fan only so the room was hot and humid. So we got another room that was better. Nothing fancy, but for the price it was fine. It was clean and smelled fine. The breakfast wasnât the best as far as options so we didnât eat there but it looked like what they did have was probably good.
There was a $5 each way cost for the airport shuttle which was a surprise, âoh, by the wayâ. And at checkout, when I showed the clerk the photo of the missing smoke detector, he said donât worry, they wonât charge you for that. And continued to say that they are well aware of whatâs going on in the rooms.
