I booked the hotel to stay there, but the hotel was full. So, the front desk agent assisted me to move to another hotel that wasn't great. There was no water to drink or food. Also there were so strikes going on at that time in Bogota, I did not felt safe. It wasn't the front agent fault, it was Expedia's fault. I will never use this service again.
Very kind and cozy. The reception staff was very helpful. (Adriana). On the other hand, the walls were very thick, you can hear what was happening on the other rooms. Good in general
