The house was very clean and cute! They could put some ceiling fans in especially with how warm they want you to keep it in FL it would help a lot with air flow. The beds were decent, however the couch is cute but not practical/comfy.

It was perfectly pleasant, clean, with cute little decorative touches and comfortable beds. The split shower area/toilet makes it more convenient--almost functions as a 2BR, 2BA unit. The kitchen was fully equipped, with quality appliances and accouterments. Sets up nicely for a couple with one or two kids.

Quiet Retreat, New Scandinavian Style
The SASSA house was perfect for my writing, rest and relaxation retreat. It was also close enough for me to visit my dad nearby. The house is off a main road, you do drive on a gravel road to access the house but the seclusion was wonderful. I loved the screen porch overlooking the woods. The house decor was very Scandinavian, practically brand new and well appointed. I will stay again on my next trip to the area.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer
House located close to the springs and other attractions. House was perfect. Up to date and clean. Property managers added nice little touches like a welcome package with rules of the house, wifi info, checkout info, and local attractions and dining. House was fully stocked with kitchenware, towels, and toiletries. Nice quiet street...we will definitely be back!!

Nice little house with great screened in back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer in house, dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker etc. Beds very comfortable. Owners communicated daily by text to make sure everything was to satisfaction.

Amazing!
Amazing! A beautifully kept little house nestled in the woods, but only 1 1/2 miles from town. New home that was beautifully kept and very clean. It's nestled in the woods on a dead end street and very quiet and peaceful, but close to restaurants and Homosassa Springs. Will definitely be staying here, again. Great getaway.

Home was extremely clean. Modern furniture. Everything was nicely decorated. Whole atmosphere was soothing and relaxing. Fast wifi internet. Smart tv was great. A little too warm outside to utilize it, but the screened in back porch had nice furniture. The personal care items that were provided were wonderful and the shower made me feel like I was at the spa. Full sized hair dryer worked great. Kitchen had everything you need to make a full meal all the way down to just a cup of tea. Location was great. Close to a lot of things. Felt safe and secure. Nice quiet area. Great for relaxing. Olivia was easy to work with and quick to reply. Highly recommend this home and will gladly stay here again.

An Outstanding Place to Stay!! You'll be Amazed!!
Staying here was definitely one of the highlights during our family vacation!  Right from the time that we booked the accommodations (Through hotels.com), we were pleased with the direct communication via email & texts from SASSA Homes.  They are an excellent management. The hostess went "above & beyond" to make us feel welcomed & well-taken care of throughout our stay!! She made helpful recommendations of nearby restaurants/tourist attractions, kindly answered our inquiries, & even made our son's birthday extra-special!   The location is such a peaceful sanctuary. The photos that we initially saw on the hotels.com website are certainly truthful to the premises!  The new home was exceptional -- So immaculate, beautiful, spacious & sparkling clean.  Particularly in this current time, we were glad that the management had such stringent policies about sanitizing the house between guests.  The home decor was elegant.  The appliances, kitchen utensils, & bedding/towels were all new and well-kept.  It was very helpful to have the laundry facilities.  The exterior landscaping was lovely.  The lanai faces a quaint forest. We're pleased that we decided to stay here after looking at many different possibilities. We definitely recommend this outstanding place by SASSA Boutique Homes!! Thank you!
