This place is a let down.
We've been there many times before but it certainly is the last time.
No offered any help with baggages upon check in or check out.
Our hotels.com vip status got us no upgrade (The Biltmore wasn't full) : no high floor, no nice view ...
At 10:50 pm the only food option we were offered was an overpriced bakery.
The cellar bar was closed during our entire stay. No prior information or further explanation.
Our room wasn't serviced during our 2 nights stay. At all.
No turn down service either.
Sauvignon blanc served at their piano bar wasn't fresh and tasted like vinegar.
It feels like this hotel only caters to their local customers.
The hotel itself, the junior suite, the swimming pool are nice. They speak english but spanish is highly recommanded.
