Checked in to a double bed room , key cards didnt work. room was occupied by mistake. Moved to a king suite with pull out beds. The curtains were dirty/stained. The roll out mattresses were dirty.
Would expect a nicer place for marriott.
It was ok. The first room they put me in stank of mold, and there was a huge water stain under the sink. Looks like someone fixed a leak but never cleaned the carpet after. The evening shift did move me to another room easily, but didn't say anything. The second room smelled better, but the freezer part hadn't been thawed in so long, I couldn't get it open to freeze my ice pack for the trip.
Fridge was cold though and amenities were otherwise good. Didn't get to check out the dinner, but having Starbucks coffee in the morning was nice.
The 1st room I was assigned, the trim to get into the room was falling apart. I was moved and the dust on the light fixtures was so thick my allergies took a toll. I asked for a receipt and was told I had to get the receipt from the booking agency. 2.5 out of 5 stars.
I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. The key I had to keep getting it reset every time I left out of the room. The TV was in and out. The refrigerator did not work. Not a good stay here at this hotel.
