I recently stayed at this hotel for three days and had a mixed experience. One major issue I encountered was the inconsistency in room sizes. I booked a superior room, but to my surprise, the room I received was noticeably smaller than others on the same floor—and significantly smaller than what was shown in the booking photos.
When I brought this up with the front desk, the staff member informed me that the hotel has 55 rooms, each with a different size. I found this response quite unprofessional. I was expecting a more standardized experience, especially for a "superior" room category. It felt like a matter of luck—if you're fortunate, you might get a more spacious and comfortable room.
Additionally, noise was a significant issue. My room was located next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator operating throughout the night. The lack of soundproofing made it worse, as even conversations in the hallway were clearly audible.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is quite convenient, and the price is reasonably fair for the area. However, the room size inconsistency and noise issues unfortunately overshadowed my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to provide a more consistent and restful experience for future guests.
