The room service was some of the worst food I've ever had. After ordering $80+ worth of in-room dining, we immediately DoorDash'd something else because it was disgusting. Bottleworks is a nice one time boutique stay if you can get it at a good rate, but for what we paid (nearly $400 one night and $200 the 2nd night)... it wasn't worth it. It basically a little prettier Holiday Inn.
This hotel prioritizes loud private events over the comfort of its paying guests. The central courtyard is rented out for parties, and during our stay, deafening music through the entire property for six relentless hours. The volume was so excessive that the bass shook the windows in our room. It was impossible to relax or enjoy the stay.
What made the experience even worse was the staffâs complete indifference. At checkout, no one asked how our stay wasâso I brought up the disruptive noise myself. Their response? A shrug and a dismissive, âWe werenât working last night.â No apology, no ownership, no effort to make it right.
This hotel is all façade and no follow-through. It pretends to be premium, but what it actually offers is shaking walls, deafening noise, and complete indifference to its guests. Donât be fooled by the packagingâthis place is not worth your time or money.
This is a gem of a hotel in a great neighborhood in Indy! I love that they have preserved the charm of this old factory. The decor and attention to detail are very impressive. As a hotel experience it provides all you want in comfort, cleanliness, and service. The valet team was especially helpful. The location is great - in a walkable neighborhood with a mix of excellent restaurants, not far from downtown and accessible to highways. I would definitely stay here again!
One of the most unique hotel experiences I have ever done. The hotel is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Close enough to walk to garage food haul, movie theater across the road, and a massage and day spa about two doors down!
Such a great stay at the Bottleworks Hotel. Very cool space, nice and helpful staff. Loved the Garage food hall across the street and the whole neighborhood is fun.
